MISSION
 

Jesus said that the greatest Commandment is to love God with every fibre of our being, and to love others as ourselves. The last instruction He gave to us as He was taken up into heaven was the Commission to “go into all the world and make disciples of all nations.”  Twenty-one centuries later, His Words are still relevant today. The heart of our Fellowship is to make this Commandment and Commission our mission.  To know Him personally and to make Him known to others.

In a changing world where today’s standards will be tomorrow’s outmoded fashion, it is comforting to know that God’s Word comes to us down the centuries, not as a fashion to be disregarded as old and out of date, but as a standard to live by. True values have no fashion, but are the foundation of any civilisation.  The Bible clearly shows us that God’s Church should live out the values that will not only benefit the individual and their family, but also the community and nation at large.  It is upon these standards that we seek to build our values statement and our church.  May God’s Holy Spirit empower us and you to live a life worthy of the standard of the Cross of Christ, Who gave His Life that we might live.
